Why Use Products from the USA?

Why do we use products from the usa? 

Flooring that is shipped out, and then back, from other Asian countries can be in lengths of 9"-48"... making the floor's overall appearance less beautiful. Short board lengths can result in floors that look like artificial snap-together flooring.

Domestically produced flooring arrives in random lengths 1'-7'. That's in feet... not inches!  At Christopherson Wood Floors we only use what we consider to be high-quality materials. The mills and vendors we buy from supply certified, sustainably-grown products that are milled, and kiln-dried, with precision.

Many of the products on the market today come from out of country with milling and moisture issues, and results in wood flooring that doesn’t look as nice, and doesn’t last as long.
