 | John Christopherson Owner, John, (shown here with his Dad, Maury, and 3 of his 4 sons; Cory, Jason and Mark) is a second generation Christopherson in this business. On John's 10th birthday in 1965, he received his first floor nailing machine and has worked around floors ever since. His father semi-retired in 1980 and entrusted him to run the business. In 1989 he sold John the business. John is one of only a few wood flooring professionals certified by the National Wood Flooring Association as a Wood Flooring Inspector. He was a member of the Contractor Specification Institute from 1992 to 1994, and is a member of the National Builders Association and The National Wood Flooring Association. |
 | Mark Christopherson Mark is the oldest of four son's of owner John Christopherson. Mark has worked full time as a floor mechanic since 1993, he is an excellent floor mechanic and has worked on floors of all scopes and difficulities. Mark's cheerful, and caring personality makes him a pleasure to work with. |
 | Tom Turcotte Tom joined Christopherson Wood Floors in 2008. Tom has worked in the wood flooring business in Olympia for the past 6 years. Tom's professionalism and talent are a welcome addition to the crews. Tom and his wife have 3 children, and he enjoys coaching in his spare time.

Ron is a second generation wood floor mechanic. His father was a well known floor mechanic in Seattle. He has worked in the flooring business for over 20 years. Ron is well known and esteemed within the floor industry as an expert and authority in all areas of wood flooring and stairway systems. His patience, skill, and attention to detail has indeed made Ron an important asset of this company.

 | Jeff Christopherson Third Generation, Jeff Christopherson, has worked with his uncle and his grandfather since he was a teenager. He attended Washington State Univerisity, and upon graduating in 1988 became a full-time employee in the family floor business. Jeff is skilled in all scopes of flooring and stairway installation. Jeff is esteemed as one of the best floor finishers in the business.

 | Beau Ryland Beau is our artist. He has been with us since 2005. His background in graphic design, automotive and industrial painting as well as a sign painter has brought a wonderful collection of skills that complement whoever he works with. Since coming to work for us here at Christopherson Wood Floor, Beau has attended classes at the NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association)School in Installation, Floor Sanding, and Floor Finishing. Beau's careful attention to detail has made him an expert in all aspects of installation and finishing. |
 | Edgar Madriz Edgar has been with us since 2006. Since coming on board with us he has attended classes at the National Wood Flooring Association School in installation, sanding and finishing. His previous experience in the boat building industry has provided skills that carry through to wood floors. Edgar is careful, conscientious and a great addition to our company. |
